[author_info]Native to Southeast Louisiana, Rachel Nunez began working in the banking industry in 2001 and has over 18 years of experience in consumer, investment, business and commercial banking. Rachel joined the Hancock Whitney Bank Commercial Team as Vice President where she serves as a trusted advisor to commercial clients delivering comprehensive and customized solutions tailored to their financial needs. Her position allows her to build collaborative internal and external relationships. Rachel began working in the business sector in 2007 after returning home to Louisiana after a 2 year relocation to the Chicago suburbs after Hurricane Katrina. It’s since then that Rachel has been serving Louisiana based companies and industries relative to the Gulf South. She is currently working with Leadership to develop an initiative targeting at supporting women in business. Throughout her years at different banking institutions, Rachel has been the recipient of numerous achievement awards Chairman’s Club, Teamwork Awards, along with completing Emerging Leadership Programs over the span of her career.
