2019 National Conference

2019 ABWA National Conference
When: October 2nd – 5th
Where: Kansas City, MO

Registration:

There are two payment plans for the Conference registration:

• 5 payments of $114 – They will debit your account today and then on 6/5, 7/3, 8/7 and 9/4.
• 4 payments of $142 – They will debit your account on 6/5, 7/3, 8/7 and 9/4.
• Once you sign up for a payment plan, they will add you the Team Board for the National Conference in Community Connections, where you will be first to get additional information.
• Additional conference information will be available on the national website on June 11^th.

Hotel:

If you choose to stay at Harrah’s North Kansas City, the hotel rooms run about $111 per night for Wednesday and Thursday and about $160 per night for the weekend.  You do not have to stay at Harrah’s.

So far, the only plans that I know of are: Amanda, Liz and I have booked an Air BnB about 15 minutes from the hotel. If anyone wants to sleep on the sofa or bring an air mattress, we could fit one or two more.   Christi is planning on using points from Marriot.

Airfare: 

The closest airport to fly into is Kansas City International (MCI).  Looks like the flight is going be $300 – $350.   Southwest flies MSY to MCI.

Registration opens at 2:00 pm on the 2^nd, with the General Session beginning at 5:00 pm.
